They somehow manage to make group training extremely personal. Their private training and mechano-therapy sessions are absolutely amazing for rehabbing and recovering from injuries (even injuries that have been lingering for years). I still limp into MÜV a few times a year when I can make it to Pittsburgh, and I leave feeling amazing.

This is not one of those gyms where you just attend a class and nobody cares how you're doing and what's the best for you. They make sure I get the exercise that's towards my goals and suitable for my body.
